The (somewhat) high price is due to the extensive upgrades, modifications and work that has been put into this computer. It had a really poor graphics card which has been replaced with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 super. The Ram has been upgraded from 8GB to 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 at 1600MHz. The motherboard allows for a Core i5-3450 or i5-3350P or Core i7-3770. It had a core i5 and I upgraded it to the Intel Core i7-3770 which is the best possible CPU that the motherboard supports. The thermal paste has also been cleaned and replaced from 2 months ago. There is also a (relatively) new CPU fan cooler that has been installed. I also purchased and installed a wifi chip and aerials (although dissappointingly only get a stable secure 20Mbps) but wifi functions perfectly fine and is good for general usage and HD video streaming. The computer originally had a non modular 460 Watt power supply which has been upgraded to a Cooler Master 700 Watt partially modular power supply. The computer used to run very slowly off a 2TB hard drive in which I upgraded to a way faster SSD (although it's only 240GB). It all comes in the original case and has a total of 10 USB ports (4 are USB 3.0) and an SD card reader. I am open to sensible offers for this.
